INVESTMENT UPDATE

Trinity Capital plc announces that that the Company's wholly owned Mauritius subsidiary, Trinity Capital (Seventeen) Limited, has disposed of its holding in Jodhana Developers Private Limited in a sale to the promoter. The proceeds, net of costs amount to £3.1m, creating a loss of £0.4m against the carrying value in the Interim Accounts at 30 September 2013.
