INVESTMENT UPDATE

The Company announces that Trinity Capital (Fourteen) Limited, which is controlled by a subsidiary of the Company, has disposed of its holding in Luxor Cyber City Private Limited. The Company's share of the proceeds amounts to £9.2 million in cash. The carrying value of its interest in Luxor Cyber City Private Limited at 30 September 2012 was £5.1 million.

Further information will be provided with the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2013, which the Company intends to announce shortly.
