Investment Update
Trikona Trinity Capital plc (AIM:TRC) announces an investment update for Sankalp Buildwell Private Limited ("Sankalp") (DP14).
In order to satisfy potential legal and Government of India regulations in Sankalp (DP14), the Company set aside £2.55 million of its cash as reported in note 11 of the Company's Interim Report and Accounts as at 30 September 2008.*
The Company can now confirm it has satisfied all the requirements through a payment of £1.12 million.

\* The £9.6m in note 11 of the Interim Results consisted of reserve £2,554k for Sankalp (DP14) and £7,097 for Jodhana Developers Private Limited ("Jodhana") (DP15) and was based on an FX rate of GBP1= INR74.7, the prevailing rate at the date of announcement.
