Investment Update 

Pursuant to the announcement by Trikona Trinity Capital PLC (AIM: TRC) on 22 June 2010 regarding the sale of its investment in DB Hospitality Private Limited ('DBH') by one of the Company's Mauritian wholly-owned subsidiaries, the buyer has requested an extension of the deadline for completion to 28 July 2010 in order that it can fulfill various Indian legal/administrative requirements. The Company has agreed to the extension.
