Investment Manager share purchase

VinaLand Limited ('the Company' or 'VNL') announces that it was informed on 20 September 2016 that, on 20 September 2016, Asia Investment & Finance Limited, a subsidiary of VinaCapital Group, purchased 1,580,000 Ordinary Shares of USD0.01 each at an average price of USD0.648 per share, which will be held for a restricted period of not less than 12 months. Following this transaction, VinaCapital Group holds 17,005,083 VNL shares representing 4.5% of the Company's total voting rights.
