Investment Manager share purchase

VinaLand Limited ('the Company' or 'VNL') announces that it was informed on 13 January 2017 that, on 13 January 2017, Asia Investment & Finance Limited, a subsidiary of VinaCapital Group, purchased 537,793 Ordinary Shares of USD0.01 each at an average price of USD0.690 per share, which will be held for a restricted period of not less than 12 months. Following this transaction, VinaCapital Group holds 23,490,126 VNL shares representing 6.8% of the Company's total voting rights.
