Notification of Transactions of DirectorsIn accordance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company wishes to announce that it received notification on 25 September that Philip Keller, a Director of the Company, sold a total of 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 1099.68 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction Philip Keller and his connected persons hold a total of 541,438 shares, 0.18% of the ordinary share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares). Mr Keller also has unvested share awards in his favour in respect of a total of 1,039,010 further shares.
