Interim statement - Bisichi Mining plc (the "Company") The Company announces that, in respect of the interim statements for the sixmonths ending 30 June 2005, it intends to avail itself of the rule relaxationnotified by the FSA. The relaxation extends the usual 90-day reportingdeadline, for interim statements, to 120 days. It is expected that theannouncement of the Company's interim statement will be made at 7.00 a.m. onFriday 28 October 2005.The extension is necessary as a result of the work required to ensure that ourfinancial statements comply with International Financial Reporting Standards.ENDBISICHI MINING
