Interim Preference Share Dividend

The Directors of Invista European Real Estate Trust SICAF are pleased to declare the Interim dividend (fourth semi-annual Preference Share dividend), in respect of the period from 25 June 2011 to the payment date of 23 December 2011.

This interim dividend of £0.04488 per Preference Share will be paid on 23 December 2011 to Preference Shareholders on the Register on Friday 9 December 2011. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on Wednesday 7 December 2011.
