Interim Management Statement for the Quarter Ended 31 March 2008
Foresight VCT plc presents its interim management statement for the quarter ended 31 March 2008. This constitutes the company's first interim management statement for the financial year ending 31 December 2008, as required by the UK Listing Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 4.3. The unaudited net asset value (NAV) per ordinary share as at 31 March 2008 was 55.2p (31 December 2007: 60.5p). The Board is not aware of any significant events or transactions between the date of the NAV and the date of publication of this Interim Management Statement.
The number of ordinary shares in issue at 31 March 2008 was 46,701,980. During the three months ended 31 March 2008 2,678,949 shares were issued and no shares were re-purchased by the company for cancellation.

Quoted investments are carried at bid price as at 31 March 2008. Unquoted investments are carried at fair value as at 31 March 2008 as determined by the directors.
