Interim Management Statement

Cathay International Holdings Limited ("CIHL" or "the Group") is issuing the following Interim Management Statement for the period from 1 January 2009 to 14 April 2009, in accordance with the UK Listing Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. 

On 6 April 2009, CIHL announced the preliminary annual results of the Group.

Apart from the above, there have been no material events or transactions affecting the Group in the period.

There has been no significant change in the financial position of the Group since that reported as at 31 December 2008.
