HAMILTON, Bermuda - The Board of Directors of Catlin Group Limited has declared an interim dividend of 9.0 pence per share in respect of the year ending 31 December 2011. The interim dividend will be paid on 23 September 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on 26 August 2011.
