Interim Dividend

F&C UK Real Estate Investments Limited today announces a fourth interim dividend in respect of the year ending 30 June 2015, of 1.25 pence per share. This will be paid in two parts made up of a property income distribution of 0.69 pence per share and an ordinary dividend of 0.56 pence per share.

The key dates for this interim dividend are as follows:
