Notification concerning interests in shares of the Company

The Company was informed on 3 October 2008 by Morgan Stanley that as at 26 September 2008 Morgan Stanley Securities Limited holds an interest of 67,564,000 ordinary shares, or 3.60% of Polo's issued share capital.

The Company was further informed on 3 October 2008 that as at 29 September 2008 Morgan Stanley Securities Limited no longer holds a notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of the Company.
