INTENTION TO LAUNCH AN OFFER FOR SUBSCRIPTION

The Board of Triple Point Venture VCT Plc is pleased to announce their intention to launch an offer for subscription of new Venture Shares (the "Offer") for subscription in the 2026/2027 and 2027/2028 tax years.

Full details of the Offer will be contained in a prospectus that is expected to be published in September.
