Availability of Currency Election Form and Dividend Payment Instruction Form

Omega Insurance Holdings Limited ("Omega") (AIM: OIH) announces that it has posted a Currency Election Form and a Dividend Payment Instruction Form to shareholders in respect of the special interim dividend of US$0.01 per common share ("Special Interim Dividend"). The Special Interim Dividend, announced on 14 January 2009, will be payable on 17 February 2009 to those shareholders on the register as at 23 January 2009. Information has also been posted separately to those shareholders who hold their shares in uncertificated form (CREST).

Copies of these documents are also available on the "Investor Information - Financial Reports and Documents to Shareholders" section of the Company's website at www.omegauw.com.
