Information Notice

The Company today announces that it has posted an Information Notice in accordance with the instrument constituting the Warrants to subscribe for Ordinary Shares in Invista European Real Estate Trust SICAF dated 16 November 2009 (the "Instrument"). An Information Notice has been sent to notify the registered holders of Warrants that they can subscribe for Ordinary Shares subject to the terms and conditions attaching to the Warrants as set out in the Instrument and the prospectus of the Company dated 16 November 2009.

A copy of the Information Notice has been submitted to the Commission du Surveillance du Secteur Financier (the "CSSF") in Luxembourg and to the National Storage Mechanism in the UK and will shortly be available for inspection at the OAM (please see "Regulated Information" on the website: www.bourse.lu and at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do).

The Information Notice will shortly be available to view on the Company's website (http://www.ieret.eu) and at the Company's registered address during business hours.
