Increase in credit rating of subsidiary
The Company is pleased to announce that Standard & Poor's Maalot, a credit rating agency accredited by Israel, has increased the credit rating of Brack Capital Properties N.V., a subsidiary of the Company whose shares are traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and its existing debentures to ilAA- from ilA+, with stable outlook.
