Interim Management Statement Date Notification

FBD Holdings plc ("FBD" or the "Company") announces that in his address to the Annual General Meeting on Wednesday next 29 April 2009, the Chairman will issue the Interim Management Statement for the Company. It is intended that this Statement will be released simultaneously through a Regulatory Information Service, at 12.00 noon GMT, the scheduled start time for the AGM.

The Statement will be made available on FBD's website www.fbdgroup.com at that time also.
