ALPHA REAL TRUST LIMITED ("ALPHA REAL TRUST" OR THE "COMPANY")

Alpha Real Trust notes the result of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Industrial Multi Property Trust PLC ("IMPT") on 27 January 2017.

The resolution, requisitioned by Alpha Real Trust, was passed with 65.68% of the votes cast in favour of the resolution. Accordingly, in the event of a proposed disposal of more than 50 per cent. of IMPT's assets, IMPT will first seek shareholder approval.
