Important notice to Shareholders of

Xtrackers USD Corporate Bond UCITS ETF

(1D Share Class, ISIN: IE00BZ036H21)

(the “Fund”)

The Board of Directors of the Company hereby informs the shareholders of the Fund (the “Shareholders”) about certain temporary reductions in the Management Company Fee (the “Changes”), as described below.

DWS Investment S.A. acting in its role as a management company has agreed to waive part of the Management Company Fee for Share Class 1D (ISIN: IE00BZ036H21) of the Fund (the “Share Class”) from “up to 0.06% per annum” to “0.02% per annum” for the period from 1 September 2019 until 31 August 2020, inclusive (the “Waiver Period”). The Platform Fee will remain unchanged at “up to 0.10% per annum” during the Waiver Period. As a result, the All-in Fee of the Fund will be reduced to “up to 0.12%” per annum” during the Waiver Period.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Management Company Fee for the Share Class will return to the usual charge of “up to 0.06% per annum” from 1 September 2020, inclusive. As a result, the All-in fee will return to the usual charge of “up to 0.16% per annum” from 1 September 2020.

This notice is for information purposes only. The Shareholders are not required to take any action.

For the avoidance of doubt, due to the temporary character of the Changes, neither the key investor information document of the Fund nor its Supplement will be amended.

Capitalised terms used in this notice shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the latest version of the prospectus of the Company (the “Prospectus”) and the Supplement of the Fund unless the context otherwise requires.
