Xtrackers DBLCI Commodity Optimum Yield Swap UCITS ETF, 2C-USD Hedged

ISIN: LU0460391732

(the “Share Class” )

Luxembourg, 16 March 2018

Further to the notice dated 2 January 2018 regarding the change of names of certain sub-funds and share classes of the Company, it has been brought to our attention that there is a discrepancy between the name of the Share Class and the naming convention used generally for share classes of the Company.

The Share Class is not (and has never been) a Currency Hedged Share Class. It tracks the performance of the Deutsche Bank Liquid Commodity Index – Optimum Yield Balanced USD which does not undertake currency hedging.

Therefore the Share Class will be renamed as follows as from the date hereof:

Capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the prospectus of the Company.
