IG Seismic Services PLC ("IGSS") request to cancel the listing and trading of its GDRs - UPDATE

On 9 February 2016 IGSS announced, among other things, that:

(a) it had sent a request to the London Stock Exchange and the Financial Conduct Authority to cancel the listing and trading of its Global Depositary Receipts ("Cancellation") effective as of 11 May 2016; and

(b) shortly thereafter, it intended to effect a change of its shareholder base and corporate group ("Change").

IGSS has now determined that it would not be in the best interests of its shareholders to proceed with the Cancellation and Change at this time. Therefore IGSS shall (i) withdraw its Cancellation request to the London Stock Exchange and the Financial Conduct Authority and (ii) stop the termination of its GDR program.
