IG Seismic Services PLC ("IGSS" or the "Company", LSE: IGSS), the leading pure-play land and transition zone seismic company in Russia and the CIS and one of the largest land seismic companies globally, announces appointment of new CEO.

8th July, 2016 the Company's Board has appointed Yury Gilts as new CEO, replacing Nikolay Levitskiy, who will keep a seat in the Board.

Yury Gilts has a rich experience in administrating major enterprises with wide geography, having tough operational and financial tasks. During significant period of time Yury held managing positions in Fesco Group, including Group CEO. He managed rail freight group Rail Garant and was a board member at rail operator's RusTransCom group companies, being first vice-president.

Yury has strong leadership skills and substantial experience in resolving complex financial and management issues, necessary to execute the Company's strategic plans.

Yury Gilts was born in 1968. He graduated from St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance in 1994. Married, has three children.
