TRANSITION TO THE COMPANY NEW STRUCTURE

IG Seismic Services PLC ("IGSS" or the "Company", LSE: IGSS), the leading pure-play land and transition zone seismic company in Russia and the CIS and one of the largest land seismic companies globally, announces the Board of Directors decision on next steps to optimize the Company's corporate structure and subsidiaries management structure.

On June 10, 2014 the IGSS Board of Directors have decided at their meeting to implement next steps to optimize the Company's corporate structure and business units management structure.

Within the framework of the corporate structure optimization the Company's operating assets will be divided into two business units: Seismic Services business unit, managed by GEOTECH Seismic Services PJSC, and Data Processing and Interpretation (DPI) business unit, managed by GeoPrime LLC. Both business units will be owned by the Russian holding structure GEOTECH Holding JSC, which, in its turn, is owned by IGSS.

The goal of such division into two separate business units in accordance with the existing lines of business is to improve manageability and accountability of the Company's business units.

According to the new structure, the GEOTECH Seismic Services PJSC, as before, will own all seismic services operating assets, and will also be the managing company for all operating subsidiaries in the area of seismic services. At the same time, the data processing and interpretation (DPI) assets of GEOTECH Seismic Services PJSC will be transferred to a separate DPI business unit, which will be transferred to the GEOTECH Holding JSC.
