Notification of Transactions of DirectorsThe Company wishes to announce that it received notification on 17th March 2020 that on 16th March 2020 Michael ‘Rusty’ Nelligan, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 15,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 849.96 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction Michael ‘Rusty’ Nelligan and his connected persons hold a total of 141,000 ordinary shares, being 0.049% of the total ordinary share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares).
