The Company wishes to announce that it received notification on 18 October 2019 that Gerhard Fusenig, a Non-Executive Director, bought 9,500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 904.00 pence per share.
As a result of this transaction Gerhard Fusenig and his connected persons hold a total of 9,500 ordinary shares, being 0.014% of the ordinary share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares).
