Russell King appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of Hummingbird Resources plc

Interserve, the international support services and construction group, announces that Russell King has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of Hummingbird Resources plc with immediate effect.

Russell has been a Non-Executive Director and a member of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees of Interserve plc since 1 September 2014.
