Housing 21 and The ExtraCare Charitable Trust enter partnership talks

The boards of management of Housing 21 and The ExtraCare Charitable Trust have agreed to enter into discussions with a view to forming a legal partnership.
The legal structure in which the two groups will be brought together remains to be determined and further information will be provided in due course.
The partnership will be subject to the approval of the members of The ExtraCare Charitable Trust.
Housing 21 is registered as a charitable community benefit society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 with registered number 16791R and as a Registered Provider with the Social Housing Regulator with registered number L0055.
The ExtraCare Charitable Trust is registered as a charitable company limited by guarantee without share capital with registered number 02205136, as a Registered Provider with the Social Housing Regulator with registered number 4706 and as a charity with charity number 327816.
