Sparinvest Fondsmaeglerselskab A/S advised us on 22 November 2011 that as of 18 November 2011 their total shareholding of ordinary shares in Fyffes plc remains unchanged at 18,619,821, representing 6.26% of the ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares.

They have further advised that as part of this total holding, ID Sparinvest A/S holds 12,108,083 ordinary shares in Fyffes plc, representing 4.07% of the ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, and that voting rights in respect of their entire 18,619,821 holding resides with Sparinvest Fondsmaeglerselskab A/S.
