The Company has today received notification that, following the off-market acquisition on 17 April 2015 of 7,060,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ("Shares"), Mr Rob Terry, directly, via his investment company (Quob Park Estate) and with family interests, now has an interest in 70,550,000 Shares, representing approximately 9.994% of the Company's current issued ordinary shares.
