The Company received on the 6th of October 2014 a notification from Worldview EHS International Master Fund, Worldview Special Situations Fund, Worldview Special Opportunities Master Fund and Worldview International Management Limited, stating that together they have an interest in 51,782,218 ordinary shares of the Company which represents 24.23 per cent* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of ordinary shares 213,718,250
