Holding in Company

The Company was notified on 25 March 2009 that Spearpoint Limited ("Spearpoint"), through its nominee, Secure Nominees Limited, holds 4,062,821 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing 20.95% of the shares in issue with voting rights attached. Of these, 1,910,321 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.85% of the issued share capital, are held on behalf of customers of Spearpoint on a discretionary managed basis.

In addition, Spearpoint has a discretionary mandate over a further 575,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.97% of the issued share capital, which are not registered in Secure Nominees Limited.
