The Company was notified on 17 July 2014 by Mr Raymond J.R French ("Mr French") acting in his capacity as director of Sky Hill Limited and Zeta Beta Limited, that Mr French has sold 135,000 ordinary shares in the Company. Following the sale Mr French's interest is 955,780 shares, representing 11.9% of the total voting rights in the Company.
