Densitron Technologies plc has been informed that the legal ownership of the 2,587,000 shares (representing 3.71% of the issued ordinary share capital) previously owned by Tickhill Investestments Ltd (a Company owned by TJ Emmott) and registered in the name of Ferlim Nominees has been transferred to a personal SIPP of TJ Emmott. There has therefore been no change in beneficial ownership. The shares continue to be registered in the name of Ferlim Nominees.
