The Board of Immedia, (AIM: IME.L), the UK's leading provider of live, tailored radio and video for retail, was informed on 28 July 2008 that, following purchases made on 24 July 2008 by Mr Mark Horrocks, Dewscope Limited and Horrocks Guardian Limited of 275,000 Ordinary 10p Shares ("Ordinary Shares"), in aggregate Mr Horrocks is beneficially interested in a total of 3,161,638 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 21.72% of the Company's current issued share capital.
