Substantial Shareholding
IPSA, the independent power plant developer, announces that it received notification yesterday that Sterling Trust Limited ("Sterling Trust"), acquired 1,805,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on that day.
Following this transaction, Sterling Trust holds 12,930,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 13.61% of the issued share capital of the Company.
