London 25 September 2008 - The Company has received notification pursuant to the Transparency Directive's Transitional Provision 7, that Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Ltd is interested in a total of 6,949,101 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company, representing a holding of 9.56 per cent of the Company's issued share capital of 72,674,911. All of these shares carry voting rights.
