Holding in Company

The Company was today notified that Mr Steven Poulton has transferred his entire holding of 8,550,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Asterion AV Ltd ("Asterion"), a company of which Mr Poulton is a director. Following the transfer Asterion has an interest in 10,408,529 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.17% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
