CEPS PLC (the "Company") Holding in Company
Pursuant to the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules on 14 May 2008 the Company received the following notification from Mr Mark Thistlethwayte:-
NOTIFICATION
On 14 May 2008, Mr Mark Thistlethwayte acquired 75,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 39p per share on behalf of his three children.
As a result of this purchase his combined beneficial interest in the Company is now 1,200, 000 ordinary shares representing 14.43% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The issued share capital of the Company is 8,314,231 ordinary shares of 5p each.
