Holding in Company

The Company announces that, pursuant to Chapter 5 of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it received formal notification on 17 March 2009 that as at 12 March 2009, Rathbone Unit Trust Management Ltd no longer had a notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of the Company.

The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company.
