Travelzest plc03 October 2005 Travelzest plc ("the Company") Holding in Company Merchant Securities (Nominees) Limited notified the Company on 27 September 2005that on the Company's admission to AIM on 3 October 2005, it would have anotifiable interest in the ordinary share capital of the Company.
