Private & Commercial Finance Group plc ("PCFG" or "the Company") announces that it received notification today that, on 25 October 2011, Bermuda Commercial Bank Limited ("BCB") purchased 5,850,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 8.5p per share. Following this purchase BCB holds 10,503,800 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 19.92 per cent. of PCFG's ordinary share capital.
