FRM Credit Alpha Limited reports that it has been advised by Sarasin & Partners LLP on 27th July 2009, using a copy of a TR1 notification of major interest in shares that, following a transaction on 27th July 2009, Bank of New York (Brussels and London), BNP Paribas Security Services (Guernsey and Jersey), JM Finn & Co (London), State Street Bank & Trust Co (London and Northern Trust (London) have an indirect holding over 13,985,001 ordinary sterling shares of no par value in the capital of the Company representing 16.9173% of the current issued capital of the Company.
