BSG, a leading provider of telecommunications clearing and financial settlement products, Wi-Fi data solutions and verification services, announces that it has today been informed that Regent Pacific Group Limited ("RPG") has sold 100,000 common shares of the Company at a price of 6.25p per share. Following this transaction RPG hold 8,856,481 ordinary shares representing approximately 3.14 percent of the Company's issued share capital.

Jim Mellon is a director of RPG and is beneficially interested in approximately 22.37 percent of RPG's issued share capital. Denham Eke, non-executive director of BSG, is the appointed representative to the board of BSG for Jim Mellon and his associated entities.
