CHANGE IN HOLDING - BECOMING A Significant Shareholder
Metminco Limited (the Company) (ASX: MNC; AIM: MNC) advises that today it received notice from Lanstead Capital L.P.(Lanstead) that it has become a significant shareholder following the acquisition of shares on 9 and 10 May 2018. Lanstead has acquired a total of 59,031,266 ordinary fully paid shares in Metminco at a weighted average price of A$0.00875 per share in trades on 9 May 2018 and 10 May 2018. Lanstead advises that its holding in Metminco is now 71,768,608 ordinary fully paid shares representing an interest of 8.51% and therefore Lanstead is considered to be a Significant Shareholder of the Company.
