TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification on 12 December 2011 that on 8 December 2011, UBS Investment Bank, through UBS AG London Branch, were interested in 20,935,128 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") representing a direct interest in 8.99% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company. 

This notification is in respect of a decrease in a direct interest in voting rights from the previously announced holding of 21,034,728 shares (9.04%), announced on 12 December 2011.
