Canisp plc (AIM: CN.) announces that on 6 March 2009, it was notified that on 27 February 2009, Corvus Capital Limited ("Corvus") sold 7,775,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 0.27 pence per Share, and on 3 March 2009, Corvus sold 3,851,000 Shares, also at a price of 0.27 pence per Share.

Following the above transactions, Corvus now has a total beneficial interest in 17,749,000 Shares, representing 14.6% of the issued share capital of the Company.
