The Company was notified on Friday 22 May 2009 that, following an acquisition of ordinary shares in DawMed on 20 May 2009, Barclays PLC, through Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd, has an interest in 1,854,536 of the Company's shares, representing 9.00% of the Company's issued share capital.
