CareCapital (AIM: CARE), was notified on 16 March 2012 by Credo Group Holdings Limited and its subsidiary, Credo Capital Plc, that it has a beneficial interest in 7,065,299 ordinary shares in CareCapital, which represents 4.76% of the Company's current issued share capital.
2,977,408 shares are held directly with the remaining 4,087,891 held indirectly, representing 2.01% and 2.75% respectively.
